College magazine questionnaire analysis

Question no.1 results analysis shows me that students have listed college gossip as their no. 1 must see. Followed by other terms and topics, School subjects and local news seem to be the least cared for. Students don’t like to beat around the bush; my survey shows that they would prefer a straight to the point mag.

Other question results:

Others are classed as ‘Music teens listen to today and what influences them’ most common responses to music genre seem to lie within the Rap and Hip hop sector.
Other than Music influential Purposes, There is a mention of wanting to know 10 reasons why subjects are loved or hated. Informality is preferred. Music topics will have to vary because each individual might not relate to one topic of music.

I have noticed that some students would like a straight to the point mag, But some actually like a slightly witty response.
Colours of a magazine are preferred to be seen as a more masculine follow up, however they have a effeminate touch. Aqua based colours seem to be the most common of colour preferences.

Some anomalies responses have a requirement for latest football news. (Arsenal related)
College criticisms are admired.
One person in my survey, who has found my web link has kindly answered and have requested I mention the latest games and Economical issues. I may choose to follow up on that as I’m a ‘gamer’ myself.
Another anonymous person has requested I follow up on sports, dance, music, anime and manga. I am happy to follow this up as it related to a variety of student nowadays including me.

When I asked how people prefer to study, It has often been mentioned that they either, Don’t study, Listen to loud music whilst studying or studying with friends opposed to the norm of studying in a quiet area.

Yet another anonymous user has answered my survey requesting that I talk about design arts and whats going on, as well as local transport and school timings. Looking at the answers, I don’t think students are happy with the time school starts and the amount of work/ homework given.

Many of my answers come from people 14-16, with a rare show of some older than 16 and one older than 20.

Over all I have learned that many people who would read a college mag would prefer to read something out of the normal college conversation and would rather something completely to do with home hobbies and how they lead their life through college with their hobby aspiration.
Music and gossip is a widely requested topic followed by reasons why topics are loved and hated. Gaming and manga shall be mentioned within the hobby category and school timings will be spoken about as well as local transport. Thanks to 7 contributors, I have learned what many people prefer in a college mag.
